Refund Policy
In the unlikely event that the purchased product is received incorrectly, or is defective, the customer could request for a return or exchange of the product. The return could be requested via email c[email protected] or contact 955-6686 immediately.
Exchanges can only be made for a new one of the same product, or as part payment for higher valued goods. No partial refund could be provided as such exchanges will not be permitted for lower priced items.
In case of defective items, it needs to be returned to Polatte. Any products which are used or not in the condition in which it was delivered, shall not be accepted for refunds.
Exchanges can only be made for the products which returned before 23:30 LT. No cash refund.
